A consumer who has purchased goods via an online platform has the
right to cancel the contract and claim a refund within 14 calendar days.
The 14-day cancellation period starts the day the goods are in your
physical possession (or when the last item in the order is in your
possession in the case of multiple goods). Weekends and bank holidays
are included in the 14 days. The cancellation period expires at the end
of the following working day if the 14th day falls on either a weekend or
bank holiday.
Cancellations must be made in writing by post or by email to
info@firesidedirect.co.uk. Refunds will normally be made within 7 days
however we legally have 14 days to process the refund.
The goods must not have been opened, installed or used in any way
and all original packaging must be intact. The goods must not be
marked or damaged in any way and returned to us in a fully saleable
condition. The costs incurred to return the item to us is the customers
responsibility.
